What we cannot pick up

  • Recipes with a blue stripe (strong opioids): the pharmacy records the patient's identity.
  • Medicines requiring refrigeration (for example insulin) - we cannot guarantee the cold chain.

Your privacy: we delete the prescription identifier once the order is processed and do not record your medication names anywhere.

The courier will collect and deliver the medication along with the receipt. The deposit will be settled exactly according to it.

What you are asking about

Is it legal for you to collect prescription medication on my behalf?

Yes. Anyone presenting the prescription identifier (SMS code, QR code or paper slip) may collect e-prescription medicines at the pharmacy, exactly as a family member would. The dispensing takes place in person at the pharmacy; we simply collect the medicines and deliver them to you as your courier.

How will I receive your ePrescription identifier?

After confirming your order, forward us an SMS with the code, a screenshot from the app, or a photo of the paper delivery note via SMS or WhatsApp. Please do not send the identifier through the web form. We delete the code once the order is processed.

How much does it cost and how is payment made?

The service costs 350 Kč excluding VAT, i.e. 424 Kč including VAT (price includes 1 hour of courier work). Plus a supplement for medicines exactly according to the pharmacy receipt. Payment is made in advance, fee plus deposit on the supplement; after collection we settle everything based on the actual receipt and refund any overpayment.

Is delivery included in the price or charged separately?

In Prague 1-3, the courier travels on foot, uses public transport or cycles, and delivery is included in the price. For the rest of Prague and surrounding areas, we use taxis (Bolt, Liftago) and charge for transport based on the actual fare, approximately 150-400 Kč; you will receive a receipt. We will inform you of the transport cost before confirming your order. If the errand takes longer than one hour (due to queues or visiting multiple pharmacies), we charge for time exceeding the initial period in 15-minute increments at the hourly rate.

What if the medicine is out of stock or the pharmacy offers a substitute?

We never decide on your behalf regarding substitutes (for example, cheaper generics). The courier will call you from the pharmacy; the pharmacist will explain the options and the decision is yours alone. Alternatively, we can visit another pharmacy where the medicine is in stock.

Which medicines cannot be collected?

Prescriptions with a blue stripe (strong opioids), medicines requiring an unbroken cold chain (e.g. Insulins), and medicinal products subject to restrictions that the pharmacy dispenses only to the patient in person.

Do you also order for parents or grandparents?

Yes, and this is the most common case. You can place the order and make payment from anywhere; we deliver the medication to your parents' home, for example, regularly every month. No app is required; everything can be arranged by phone.
